Industrial designer Ilrae Kim, the founder and lead designer of Order in Mind, is currently based in New York and Seoul, where he has been involved in a wide range of creative work — from product planning and development to design and branding for various companies. He is also fully responsible for the overall operation and creative direction of Order in Mind.

After working for 10 years as a senior designer in the digital clock division of the SHARP brand in New York, he spent another 6 years in Manhattan running an art gallery and a multidisciplinary cultural space, engaging in diverse curatorial and creative projects.
